Brands we use

Our favorite brands include Next Level, Bella Canvas and Rabbit Skins (Toddler/Infant).  Due to Covid, some shirt manufacturers re-tooled their manufacturing facilities to support the production of masks which has caused many of our favorite brands to experience shortages in particular colors/sizes.  In response, we have scaled back our color selections temporarily.  We are hoping to see major restocks very soon and options will be updated on our website when we have confidence we can deliver.

Recommended care instructions

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash on COLD
  • No bleach/fabric softeners
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron over design
  • Dry at normal dryer settings.

Turnaround Time

We have one simple goal:  Create apparel that you LOVE!  Our items are made-to-order and may take up to 21 days.  However, we generally ship within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday).  You will receive email notification if your order is expected to take longer than 4 business days to process.  

    Shipping/Pickup:

    Shipping:  Items are shipped via USPS and tracking details will be emailed once item has been shipped.  

    Local Pickup:  If selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you can pickup your order from our location on Power/Elliot in Gilbert, AZ.  You will be notified via email when your order is ready with directions for contactless pickup.  

    Return Policy

    We make every effort to make sure that you LOVE your custom apparel. However, due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we only accept returns on new (unworn and unwashed) apparel that is defective (misprinted or materially flawed) upon receipt.  

    What Cannot Be Returned

      • Apparel that does not fit correctly.  Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles.  This is especially true in ladies fit apparel.  Please reference sizing guides provided on product page prior to purchase and don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions prior to placing your order.
      • Apparel that has been worn/washed.  If you notice a defect upon receipt of your order, please notify us immediately as we cannot return/replace items that have been washed/worn.
      • Returns requested over 14 days after delivery.

    To Return Items

      • Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you have received a defective (misprinted or materially flawed) item.  We will arrange for replacement or store credit.  We do not offer refunds.
